Heritage Home
The original home built in 1913 was then crafted and rebuilt ‘like for like’ after the Christchurch earthquakes Casabella worked alongside the architect, builder and the homeowner to provide a consistent Heritage look and feel and advised on colour schemes, wallpaper, carpet, lighting, furniture and furnishings. This home was recently featured on the House and Garden tour and also won many builders awards.
Coastal Rebuild
Architect Stephen Crooks worked to give this new home a Japanese feel. Casabella worked alongside Stephen and with the clients to compliment the architecture using natural materials and earth tones to create warmth and a restful interior that envelopes intimate coastal views.

Meet Karen
Combining experience and professional training, Karen has created the interiors of countless homes throughout Canterbury. She has been fortunate to work alongside some of Christchurch’s most talented architects and been inspired to deliver refined and contemporary designs.
