Many people have not undertaken a detailed build or renovation and don’t know where to start. It can be daunting with today’s vast selections and the countless number of decisions that need to be made along the way. Through many years of working with people, I have been able to assist with bringing them homes that they will enjoy for many years to come.
Together we will consider such things as entertaining, storage, lighting, good flow and function of areas, where features need to be placed, what materials bring the ambience and feel, how to keep the look and not overdo it, why to choose one product over another. Good design and selections set homes/spaces apart and give an overall approach to work with both the architecture and where the property is located.
Heritage
Renovations or re-building of existing homes, including heritage homes, demand skill and fastidious attention to detail. Casabella works with you, the clients, to understand your personal tastes and lifestyle requirements. Meeting the old with the new and sourcing the right look and style for the home’s interior is incredibly important, especially that the home is not dated by going away from the essence of its original era or look if it has a specific design that will need to be considered. The end result is a beautiful interior that will be comfortable and practical while suiting the character of the house and enhancing its value.
New Builds
Casabella works with architects and architectural designers to create interior spaces that reflect a client’s personal style. Casabella can also offer advice on materials and assist in colour selection for the exterior of your home. Getting it right first off saves both money and frustration! We can take control of the project from start to finish and work alongside builders, joiners and sub-trades to ensure the design details are planned for in the construction process so that the entire design process runs as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Holiday Homes
Casabella takes great delight in creating a ‘second home’ for their clients. Relaxing and fun spaces holiday homes often have different materials and colours from the owner's normal place of residence.
To enjoy surroundings, elements and colours can be bought in from the local landscapes. A home away from home has all that you need and means you are ensconced in your surroundings and able to leave your everyday world behind.
Project Management
Casabella Interiors manage the entire interior design project. We work together with not only architects but with all other trades such as electricians, builders, joiners to ensure the project runs quickly and smoothly. By offering a full management service, we deliver maximum results while taking the weight off clients’ shoulders by helping with decision making and avoiding costly changes.
Fit-outs, furnishings
and placements
Casabella provides both residential and commercial fit-outs, whether a single room or a complete building. We will provide you with everything from colour consultation to sourcing fabric and manufacture of window furnishings, fabric for furniture and advising furniture placement. Designing and manufacturing one-off furniture pieces is the best way to get exactly the right size shape and styling.
